Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your FORMD purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Downloadable products

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@formdbrand.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@formdbrand.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you've done both and still have no refund, contact us at support@formdbrand.com.
