Thank you for shopping with FORMD. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — Free on orders $50+, $8.00 on orders under $50. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days.
- Expedited Shipping — $9.99. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or peak seasons.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the email.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FORMD is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us at support@formdbrand.com.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. FORMD is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
